Apple Unreleased iPhone - Lost for the Second Time

For the Second time a new version of Apple's thas hasn't been released yet was lost again by an Apple employee. CNET reported that a new version of Apple was taken from a Mexican restaurant and bar and may have been sold on Craigslist for $200.
While Last year, an iPhone 4 prototype was bought by a Gadget blog that paid $5,000 in cash. Gizmodo published pictures and details of the iPhone prototype after buying it for $5,000 from a man who claimed to have found it in a beer garden where it was lost by an Apple software engineer. It has been reported that criminal charges were filed against a man who purportedly found the iPhone 4 prototype in a bar and another who brokered a deal to sell it to Gizmodo, according to the district attorney's office in San Mateo County, California.

The lost unreleased iPhone was electronically tracked by Apple to a San Francisco home but the resident denied knowing anything about the missing iPhone. The details are still unclear about the device, what version of the iOS operating system it was running, and what it looks like. Technology news website CNET reported that Apple declined to comment after being contacted about the issue. The company did not file a police report based on the loss at the bar either. While Craigslist did not respond to requests for comment.
